Could you be our next Product Engineer?Mission:Supervise outgoing and incoming requests, monitor the progress of releases, facilitate communication between Engineering and Production, and contribute to enhancing product quality at our Reynosa plant.A typical day for you might include:Inform the plants about product changes.When preparing for a release, it's essential to develop a release plan to manage simultaneous changes across the plants. These changes could range from minor component adjustments to major events like introducing a new product.Act as the primary point of contact for change requests from plants, such as for yield enhancements, part substitutions, or quality improvements.Ensure proper implementation of released changes at the plant.Participate in various meetings throughout the sprint cycle with the team, stakeholders, or both.QualificationsThis may be the next step in your career journey if you have:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic engineering or related.Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology, 5Why, fishbone/Ishikawa.Electronic & Manufacturing experience.Six Sigma knowledge & experience.Must be able to manage multiple projects/priorities effectively and efficiently.Must be a team player/leader who works well with diverse groups of people.We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
