This role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport PLM Governance Process: Collaborate with the PLM Process Owner to set vision, goals, strategy, and metrics for PLM governance process.Ensure Business Value: Ensure process delivers maximum business value and economic return to Micron.Execute Process Roadmap: Support the execution of a process roadmap to continually improve health and maturity of the process.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business leaders from Business Units, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and others to execute to the PLM process roadmap.Process Metrics and Reporting: Define, monitor, and ensure transparency around process health metrics, and periodically report on process performance to executive team.Required Skills and QualificationsUnderstanding of PLM Concepts: Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management concepts and phased gate development.Leadership and Communication: Excellent people and communication skills, an ability to lead through others, a results-oriented sense of urgency, and a focus on continuous improvement.Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and general understanding of product development.Process Management: Strong process and program management skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management, or similar major required.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
