Product Line Buyer

BCS Automotive Interface Solutions is looking for **Product Line Buyer**Job Responsibilities:1. Generation of open and closed purchase orders for direct material purchases.2. Creation and maintenance of material masters.3. Creation and maintenance of supplier profiles.4. Coordination of direct material changes from consignment to non-consignment and vice versa.5. Obtaining quotations for components requiring purchase with alternate suppliers.6. Monthly PPV reporting.7. Track, manage and maintain price changes.8. Follow-up and resolution of supplier complaints for payment discrepancies.9. Consolidate supporting evidence for short/over payments and provide it to suppliers/finance.10. Monitor service components and determine purchase quantities based on SAP reports.11. Submit RFQ's for service components including drawings, volumes, specifications, etc.12. Analyze tooling issues.13. Request approvals for the purchase of new tooling when required. Request funds for purchase either internally or from customer through sales.14. Provide quotations and implementation timelines for engineering changes.15. Provide quotations and implementation times for purchase volume changes.16. Generate PPAP requests in VIN system.17. Provide forms to suppliers to initiate CRS's when applicable and provide support in filling them out.18. Support in CQR's after SOP.19. Support in engineering changes after SOP.20. Support to warehouse and material planning areas.- Requirements:- 3 to 5 years of experience in Purchasing.- Advanced English.- SAP management (desirable).- Negotiation skills.**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthWork Location: In person
