**Duties and responsibilities**:- Understand the Global Strategy of the product and / or therapy to define and implement the 'Go to market' strategy in the national market, based on the corresponding regulations.- Analyze the behavior of demand, forecast and record the sales volume of product lines and / or services to increase sales and market share.- Ensure the availability of product lines, establish prices and define the marketing channels to ensure their profitability and increase marketing in different market segments.- Coordinate and participate in events to promote their product lines through academic competitions, national, regional and / or international congresses that allow the attraction of new consumers.- Design together with the Divisional Manager the strategic sales plan that considers the establishment and assignment of objectives, planning and distribution of territory, in order to maintain and boost sales in the market.- Analyze the volume of sales, costs and profits to verify compliance with the sales goals and objectives established in the strategic planning.**Professional competencies**:- 3 years knowledge of Infusion Medical Devices Market (desirable)- 5 years Marketing and Sales skills in Healthcare Market- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota- 5 years of experience working with Anesthesia Integral Services and Pain Therapy**Personal competencies**:- English business advanced skills- 3 years leading high potential teams- Strong written and verbal communication skills**What we offer**: Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
