In this role, you will lead efforts to drive efficiency and control over cash flows through innovative automation solutions, develop and execute cross-functional strategies, and ensure successful product delivery. Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation within the accounts receivable and collections automation domain is essential. This role demands a strong strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial workflows and automation technologies.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage intuitive, customer-facing products tailored for merchants to enhance their experience and streamline cash flow through accounts receivable automation workflows.- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of automated workflows for collections, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.- Work closely with the Product Manager for ERP Ecosystems to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.- Oversee and enhance modules for convenience fees and payer incentives, dynamic discounting and diverse business rules driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.- Define and drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, developing and managing the product roadmap.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to align product strategies and execution, ensuring cohesive and effective product development.**Qualifications**:- Strong understanding of accounts receivable workflows. Accounts payable is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of Fintech and B2B Payments ecosystem in the US.
