To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Product Manager for Benelux. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product range strategies in the Building market which covers the Electro, Soil & Waste, and Hot & Cold assortment, that will support the achievement of our commercial goals.You will contribute to the development of the Business-Unit West Business plan with local know-how. Your main focus is to execute and implement this business plan in the Benelux. To achieve this, the Product Manager Benelux will capture market trends, launch new products, support sales teams, and keep up with new standards and certifications.You will report to the Manager Product Management Building & Infrastructure BU-West, with considerable interaction within Global product management, Technology & Innovation department, local sales and marketing organizations, procurement and supply chain departments, and local production departments.Your personality:We are looking for the right candidate with a bachelor technical or commercial degree. You have at least 2-5 years of product management experience in a high-performing B2B organization and experience in contributing towards successfully solution-based value selling assortments. Preferably with knowledge of above-ground Building materials assortments. Wavin wants to be ahead in this dynamic industry, so you are able to embrace and drive change. You must be able to communicate effectively and engage people at all levels both internally and externally, so good communication skills are required to be successful in the job.
