In this role, you will lead efforts to define, launch, drive and scale integrations with ERPs and 3rd party platforms, develop and execute cross-functional strategies across the organization, and ensure successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include defining product metrics, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage seamless integration solutions for various ERP systems, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Acumatica, to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.- Execute competitive intelligence analysis and benchmarks to help the company understand how Paystand is positioned on each ERP Ecosystem.- Develop, launch and manage integration solutions (Middleware, APIs, Checkout Plugins, Import/Export tools) to be used by 3rd party platforms (not limited to ERPs or systems of record), ensuring seamless payment processing and data flow.- Lead the development and implementation of analytics and insights tools for merchants to improve decision-making and business performance.- Define and drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, developing and managing the product roadmap of different ERP Ecosystems.- Provide product and technical leadership to ensure the Paystand Product is robust, scalable, secure and impactful for the customers each ERP ecosystem.**Qualifications**:- Strong technical background and understanding of ERP solutions like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics and Acumatica
