We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our web-based products.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and updates.User Experience: Advocate for the end user by gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and ensuring the product meets customer expectations.Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.Agile Methodology: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups.Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.Years of experience in product management, preferably for web-based products.Strong understanding of web technologies and product development processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with UX/UI principles.Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
