As PMT responsible your mission will be1. Insure, guide and monitor the ECC "Process Method and tools solutions" deployment in the regions.2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ECC Engineering process.Your tasks will be:- Lead the PEPS definition, tailoring, configuration from HoS/PSS HEP.- Guide the PEPS adoption, implementation and continuous improvement to all ECC R&D location.- Monitor the engineering performance (e.G. PCC, Commonality,...).- Lead the user community on the scope- Define robust, efficient relevant engineering methods and tools in close connection key users- Continuously share and improve base and best practices.- Develop collaborative interaction between engineering locations, product groups, engineering disciplines.
