TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics
- Pricing experience preferable
- 5+ years of pricing, product management, or finance.
- Self-motivated, ability to proactively drive business improvements, willingness to adopt new pricing tools and initiate and/or accept changes.
- Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution.
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software is also a plus.
- Drive results primarily through influencing and collaborating with colleagues and peers
- Able to present the work in a point presentation
- Experience operating and influencing at a planned level and collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders (engineering, product management, finance, and customer service)
- Knowledge of continuous Improvement Tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Reduction of Price and Margin Variability across assigned Product Lines
- Reduction of Price and Margin Leakage for assigned Product Lines
- Published Book Price Utilization
- Achievement of Revenue & Margin targets as a function of price actions and strategies
- Year over Year Price Realization or Margin $ Improvement from price actions and strategies.
- Improve special price request response time and reduce responsiveness variation.
- Improve special price request win rate and performance rate.
- Maintain response times within goals across different types of pricing requests.
**Essential Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Able to extract and uncover insights from complex multi-dimensional data and identify relevant patterns using basic analytical
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders
- Results-orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Commercially and financially savvy
- Excellent skills in verbal, written, and presentation communications to all levels and types of management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (business proficiency)
