**Job Description** Main Objective**
A product specialist must know the product and develop sales, pricing and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, increase revenue and identify opportunities. It is in charge of knowing and promoting a specific product offered by a company.
**What challenges will you have?**
- Design and build new products for customers; ensuring that quality, cost and delivery time meet customer expectations and Bosch standards.
- Collaborate in the execution of the business plan, serve as a business advisor and knowledge resource to others, solve problems within and outside of their functions.
- Makes decisions that impact revenues, expenses, processes, associate relationships and customer relationships that directly influence the activities and objectives of a work unit.
- Ensure proper documentation and safeguarding of the design such as design calculations, simulations, cost analysis, material selection, 3D models, drawings, specifications, etc.
- Maintain product knowledge throughout the life of the product by generating new design and development standards, elaboration and implementation of engineering changes ECRs
**Qualifications** Who are we looking for?**
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar)
- 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Advanced English level
**Technical Knowledge**
- Using Unigraphics
- Simulations (ANSYS) basic
- DFMEA, (DRBFM)
- Component evaluation: Plastic injection molding, die casting, die cutting.
