Production Administrative Assist

We are looking for a **Production Administrative Assistant **,**General Functions**:Performs a variety of office tasks which is assigned**Activities**- Production reports- Send production report to client- Inventory control- Detection and solution of inventory differences (physical vs ERP)- Review and receive production reports in the ERP System- Work with warehouse leaders, supervisors, and others to discuss inventory control issues.- Root cause analysis of discrepancies and generate actions to improve processes- Report of inventory accuracy results.- Daily inventory of finished product / QC on hold / QC rejected- Take control of production orders according to the plan**Requirements**:- Degree in Logistics, international Business Administration or related- Intermediate / Advanced Excel- English intermediate / advanced**Benefits**- Punctuality Bonus- Attendance Bonus- Food Coupon- Savings Fund- Health Insurance- Law BenefitsTo work in Parque Industrial "Tomas Alva Edison", for the Blvd. 2000, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm
