**IMPORTANT!**

The **Production Assistant **supports the production team by managing tasks related to purchase orders, tracking production, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a great entry-level role for someone interested in product management with strong organizational and communication skills

Experiência y requisitos
- Basic understanding of database management (SharePoint/teams files) and file tracking.

Ability to analyze reports and identify discrepancies (e.g., PSR, WIP, or shipment details).

Outlook: Organize and manage inbound/outbound mailboxes.

Experience working with ERP systems to track and update inventory or order data, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues, remotely through platforms like (Teams and/or Zoom).

Experience in handling vendor follow-ups and production-related communications is beneficial, preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, especially when managing dates, quantities, and reports.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in production, supply chain, or order management, preferably in apparel, footwear, or accessories.

Experience working with purchase orders (POs) and coordinating with vendors is preferred.
- Ability to identify issues (e.g., delayed shipments or discrepancies) and proactively work to resolve them with internal teams or vendors.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn about the production process and product management.

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Interm Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis): 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- 85% - 95% English (required)
