Production Control Planner

**IMPORTANTE EMPRESA MAQUILADORA****Solicita**:**PRODUCTION CONTROL PLANNER****Descripción y Requisitos****Responsibilities**- Coordinate production work-flow- Review customer requirements and level-out labor based to plant SIOP- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time- Manages inventory levels to ensure inventory goals are met, develop strategies to increase inventory turns and align according to production rate.- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum plant productivity and on-time delivery to Distribution Center and local warehouse- Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer deliver- Create recovery plans when required- Negotiate customer increases with Customer Service- Optimize Production Plan to achieve Schedule conformance above 96%- Review raw material shortages and adjust production plan to avoid downtime.- Lead and interact with multi-functional team- Generate production plan and monitor adherence- Release work orders to Production- Analyze data- Develop process improvements**Qualifications and Experience**:- College Degree- Experience in Master Production Scheduler and Manufacturing Resource Planning- 5 Years of proven experience in a similar position as Production Scheduler in Automotive Industry (Metal-Mechanic preferred)- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- Proficient with MRP (Microsoft AX - SAP - QAD or similar System)- APICS certified preferred- Self-Directed - Teamwork- Full understanding of the Supply Chain Process- Bilingual Spanish- EnglishPuesto: Planeador**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
