Ensure the team is focused on continuous improvement of processes.Promote alignment by understanding and communicating business partner and customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.Ensures and promotes commitment within the team for Continuous Improvement, lives by MKOS and all of its initiatives and tools such as: Tier meetings, Gemba walks, 5s, Std.
