Production Manager

**Production Manager **Job based in Cd Juarez. Fuentes Plant Trim Division**

**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**

**As a Production Manager, you will be responsible to the plant and/or operations manager to comply with production programs, managing human and material resources in compliance with previously determined quality and cost standards.**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**1. Ensure compliance with company policies.**

**2. Supervises compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards.**

**3. Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.**

**4. Ensures the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process).**

**5. Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**

Completed bachelor's degree or engineering related to the vacancy.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a production manager.

Desirable experience in sewing, assembly, and foam injection.
