**Descripción y Requisitos**: Job title:Production ManagerMain Roles & Responsibilities:Requirements for the job:- Review of daily production plan and customer forecast- Monitoring, and improving the key indicators for the department in order to work productively and efficiently.- Working according to rules and policies established by the Company.- Identify the opportunities for continuous improvement in the department.- Constant communication with the operation support departments.- Implementation of 7 values, Mission and Vision PCE Technology and implement all of them.- Attending the audits on process, (ESD, ISO, GEMBA WALK, FPY and Scrap).- Tracking the new products and their process.- Maintain in all operation areas the safety conditions for all employees.Requirements for the job:- Formal Studies: College Degree on engineering on manufacturing, production, or similar Engineering with experience in SMT electronics and test equipment- Experience: 3 years of experience in SMT process- Languages: English Advanced- Software: MS Office**Skills**:- Solving problems, Gool communication, Cost Reduction of scrap, Time Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Goald Oriented.Knowledge:- Microsoft office, Experience on SMT process, 5s, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Cost SavingPuesto: Produccion- **Información Adicional**: Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais:MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
