Production Manager

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for planning and directing all aspects of production activities in Mexicali to manufacture and develop products of high quality and reliability at optimum cost and in accordance with customer requirements - Responsible for overseeing and managing optimization of manufacturing efficiencies. - Planning and coordination of production activites to obtain optimum utilization of human resources, direct materials, and equipment to meet department targets (OTD/CM ect.) - Advises Management of new developments that may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations and/or inter-departmental relations. - Schedules all labor within their assigned department which includes overtime, vacations, leave of absences, and training to ensure the timely completion. - Weekly approvals of time records for department. - Responsible for timely performance feedback and annual reviews. - Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve operations and develops recommendations accordingly. - CI understanding will be developed to a level whereby they will be involved in larger lean projects and potentially lead smaller area specific projects. - Reports to plant managerExperiência y requisitos- 6 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferrably servicing the Medical - Working knowledge in progressive management technologies such as Lean Manufacturing, JIT, MRP, and ERP. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Values -Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematics or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables -Applicants must posses strong communication skills at all levels and across all disciplines including strong customer focus and good customer relations**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Dirección/Gerencia**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7-4:30pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto**Edad** 35 - 55 años**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
