Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPrimary focus is to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficienttly. Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of production processes. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards. Improves and maintains RTY, OOBA PPM, Scrap, Process audits, Plan Attainment and Capacity planning. Coordinates effective gemba walks and KPI's improvement. Provides leadership and talent development to junior staff including establishing objectives, setting goals, and managing accountability for attaining deliverables. Planning and managing production schedules. Partners with human resources area to manage manpower based on demand, training needs and improvements implemented. Coordinates with materials department to have effective communication regarding supplier performance and improvement actions need it.
