**Production Manager**
Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations for whole manufacturing process, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production activities with overall business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency, implementing measures to optimize performance and drive operational excellence.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization, leading initiatives to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices in the workplace.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, including trends, variances, and action plans, to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

**About you**
Do you have:
- Bachelor / Master'sMinimum 4 years of Maintenance experience is required
- 5 -10 Experience
- "Six sigma oriented - Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Having knowledge and experience in quality assurance systems and process management (IATF16949, ISO 9001)
- Having strong leadership and problem solving skills, Strong people oriented skills, Result oriented and experienced in team management,"
- High proficiency with use of SAP or similar system for data input, output, report creation and data analysis
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
- Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
- Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis
- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications
