Production Planner & Customer Service

About the companyCanadian company of the automotive industry, requests Production Planner & Customer ServiceObjetive:Provide customer service and generate the Production Plan, ensuring a good relationship with the client.?Activities- Program and follow-up to weekly Production plan- Inventories control: Finish goods, in process.- Update and follow-up to client's forecast fulfillment- Ensure fulfillment to the shipping program- Recovery plans for inventory and back-order when necessary- Close communication with customers.- Analysis of coverage and fluctuation of requirements (FORECAST).- Define production priorities according to customer needs and the company's priority.Requirements for the job:- Bachelor's or Engineering- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.- Experience in Plastic Industry is an asset.- English (Business)Skills and competencies:- Effective communication- Negotiation- Analytic- Problem solvingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $1,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensa
