In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you as a Production Planner Supervisor, will be responsible for ensure plant material according to production needs, Keeping inventory levels within the targets set for each product or product line, Maintaining information systems and updated for proper decision -making metric, supervise planners productive material.About the job:- Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team.- Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes. Leads any changes that affect the team processes.- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.- Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.- Plan materials based on customer requirements, using and following established procedures and analyze sales forecasts and balance requirements for the correct supply in the supply chain.- Keep inventories in optimum levels that allow the operation keep healthy.- Integrity of the system such as requirements, forecasting, lead times, etc. with the purpose of having a better material planning.- Make a logical and balanced distribution of activities in the area between team members Planning Materials.- Maintain current metric defined operation and provide the information required for decision -making.About you:- Degree: Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineer, or similar.- Good understanding and able to communicate in English (90%). Knowledge in other language(s) is an advantage.- From 3-5 years experience minimum in a similar position in material planning experience.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, technical / product information, policies and procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to complete written forms and write the routine of complex procedures, reports and correspondence.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all organizational levels as well as customer or supplier representatives.- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.- Able to multi-task and prioritize work.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office suite
