ResumenPosition is in charge on develop and providing Production Schedules for specific product line assigned using order entry inputs as demand trigger in to MTO manufacturing environment. Responsible for the overall supply plan and demand forecasting strategies that satisfy customer and business expectations. Coordinate, monitor and control the transactional process and WIP inventory.ResponsabilidadesResponsibilities:Develop and sustain demand forecast for the assigned product line, ensuring capture backlog information, historic sales statistics analysis and incorporate market campaigns or business opportunities as NPD and COD´s.Customer order confirmation according to published LT and customer request dates. Timely alert and drive for resolution OTTR miss orders and track performance. Collaborate with the CRM team on customer orders, resolution, configuration, schedules, and feedback.Analyze current backlog demand and trend to recommend the appropriate supply production rate that satisfies business and customer needs. Timely alert manufacturing operations for up/down trending demand and order fulfillment capacity constraints.Create well-balanced production sequence schedule with at least 2 days of CTB window. Daily monitor production performance and gather feedback from internal areas for constraint resolution and collaboration. Ensure proper documentation released to production and MO created for manufacturing processing and production reports.Coordinate, monitor and control the overall transactional process and WIP inventory, ensuring timely and accurate system recording and processing of inventory transactions.Drive and coordinate with engineering, marketing and procurement teams the PLM initiatives, changes and improvements for product enhancement, NPD and COD´s. Keep tracking of PR resolution and CN implementation.Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience, at least 2 years on Production Planning and scheduling for a Metal-Mechanic manufacturing assembly process.
- Supervisory experience for more than 5 to 10 people group. Effectively communicate detailed instructions and persuade action at non-direct report associates and extended team.
- High level of understanding of MRP, inventory control, capacity planning, sequencing, JIT, KANBAN. Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Bill of Material structure. And inventory transaction analysis. APICS or CPIM preferred.
- Strong computer skills must be proficient using Excel, able to process massive data to analyze and synthesize production and inventory information. Excellent analytical, math and problem-solving skills required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. REQ-147076#J-18808-Ljbffr
