This position involves heading, ensuring continuous and efficient production operations in line with plans, procedures, and quality and safety standards and policies.
In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.

Production Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
- Works together with people from the business unit.
- Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Available for rotating shifts.
- 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line.
- Intermediate English level required.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
- Experience with 5's, TPM, SMED, KANBAN, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
