Production Supervisor (F/M/D)

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Ensure appropriate monitoring of the program and the batch production standard in each of the processes.Ensure the implementation of production within the parameters specified for each piece vs. processes identified in the area.Ensure compliance with the production plan.Cover feedstock requirements in the area identified by the requisitioning and storage components.Ensure and maintain product quality according to customer requirements.Implement response plans if necessary (part out of spec).Application of the 5S within your workspace.Support the staff training program established under the ILU system.Identify and communicate to your immediate supervisor problems within your area and propose areas for improvement within the activities and functions performed.Manage leave, holidays, and disciplinary actions for operational staff under your charge, and report existing issues within their workday.Align with the Internal Regulation of Employment and Collective Bargaining Agreement set by the organization.Follow safety procedures.Communicate to Safety and Health any unsafe conditions.Develop staff potential.Update and monitor board waiting jobs in daily production meetings and report any defaults or delays.Follow up on projects within your area.Promote continuous improvement in your team.Have the authority to stop processes and/or shipments in case of quality, safety, or logistical issues.Qualifications:Industrial engineer or similar.3 years of experience in the automotive industry.Experience with ERP (SAP).Production planning experience.Capacity planning (machinery, people).Managing production output (requirements, scrap, issues management, etc.).Dealing with personnel issues (absenteeism, turnover, etc.).English proficiency is desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
