At Siemens Gamesa we make real what matters, join our global team.Plans, prepares and coordinates tecchnical projects according to the Project Management (PM) standards defined, throughout all stages of the Q-gate process.This position will be responsible for:- Develop and execute plans for complex internal projects- Develop clear business case and prioritization for continuous improvement work in the areas of service operations- Work closely with key stakeholders across functions to scope, secure team resources, collect data for baseline performance, verify root cause and document current/future states- Secure robust, sustainable control plans are in place with clear metrics, training, standards and procedures- Leads and manages Lean and Six Sigma project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements.- Integrates Lean and Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish process improvements and objectives.- Calculate and document realized gains, productivity impact and replication opportunities- Identify and consolidate regional requirements to global solutions- Manage regional and country specific rollout and support (including existing region-specific solutions)- Identify, manage and leverage regional productivity improvement projects to achieve global targetsSpecial Performance Assurance focus for this role:- This role will be partially focused on data mining, data analytics, and data visualizations. Specifically, this role will collect, supply, or generate appropriate data from reliable sources which enable business-wide dashboards. A keen focus on data quality and the transformation from raw data to actionable information are key deliverables for this role.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience- 3-5 years of successful experience directly leading enterprise-wide transformation / re-engineering / system implementation initiatives.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience- Formal Lean training with experience facilitating Value Stream Management, kaizen methods and other key Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies in technical and transactional work areas.- Qualification in Lean and/or Six Sigma- Ability to own and drive lean and information systems projects and take ownership for related productivity.- A passion for key performance metrics, using them to communicate status and demonstrate improvements.- Team skills and be able to collaboratively work with peers across all levels of the business both local and international.- Spanish/Portuguese language- SAP ERP System- Siemens Gamesa is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a work environment that is free from discrimination and where employees are treated with dignity and respect
