Job Description:Role overview:Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Manager during project planning phase to establish a project schedule, set expectations regarding the scope of the project and roles and responsibilities- Lead global requirements gathering workshops to determine business needs. Liaise with other Safeguard Global Teams to develop overarching solution design and ensure consistency across countries where applicable- Consult with client on best practices, standardization, and transformation, if applicable, across countries.- Guide and provide Subject Matter Expert oversight for implementation activities performed by Implementation Consultants assigned to the project to ensure consistency across countries where applicable- Ensure business requirements are accurately documented and translated into configuration documents- Configure sPECIfic to accurately transform the Client's Workday PECI files, complete testing as per Safeguard Global process before handover to ICs- Develop Global Test Plan and assist Implementation Consultants with testing activity to ensure configuration meets the business needs- Work collaboratively with the client and internal resources to meet project objectives- Partner with the Project Manager throughout the implementation- Contribute to improving processes and tools- Act as a resource to othersSkills required:- 8 + years of relevant work experience- Experience within a client facing consulting or analyst role, with some experience on implementations- Ability to understand technical requirements, create solutions and business processes- Experience in the Payroll field- Functional knowledge of system integrations and how data behaves- Experience working with multi-country, multi-work stream HR/Payroll projects- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Ability to understand business needs and translate to requirements- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities- Results focused, ability to work tenaciously to overcome obstacles- Ability to make good decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio- Working knowledge MS Project, or similar project management tools- Willingness to travel as per business requirementsAt Safeguard Global, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and Guardians.
