As we expand our Division B portfolio, we are focused on integrating sunset products that enable us to optimize our manufacturing footprint and maximize growth opportunities.Role Overview As a Senior Project Manager for Sunset Products Integration, you will play a critical role in leading projects that support the integration of sunset products into Division B, contributing to ZF Aftermarket's strategic business growth in the North America region. This role requires an innovative approach to footprint management, project steering, and business case preparation to ensure high-value product integration and sustainable operational outcomes.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Footprint Optimization: Investigate and define growth opportunities for ZF Aftermarket in the North America region with an emphasis on the integration of sunset products. Evaluate and prepare footprint decisions, addressing the where, when, and who for effective integration.Project Leadership & Business Case Support: Lead global sunset product introduction and integration projects into Division B. Assist in preparing business cases, identifying business opportunities, and supporting decision-making processes to maximize impact.Manufacturing Footprint Evaluation: Assess and propose improvement options for manufacturing and remanufacturing footprint within Division B. Prepare recommendations for localization, re-localization, footprint adaptation, and/or plant consolidation, including "Make or Buy" decisions.Global Project Coordination: Oversee high-turnover projects, maintaining regular communication with connected departments, functions, and divisions. Track project milestones, target dates, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.Sunset Product Integration Development: Contribute to the planning of new sunset product integration projects within Division B, evolving manufacturing strategies to support additional product lines as necessary.Decision-Making Support: Prepare decision templates for product allocation within Division B's plants and locations. Evaluate if specific plants should be transitioned from other divisions based on strategic business goals.Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and management-level sounding boards. Ensure all project requirements meet the expectations of internal and external customers globally.Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Foster cooperation across divisions to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize plant capacity, and enhance resource utilization
