Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service/program management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
- Quotation and RFQ Skills.
- NPI management.
Activities / Responsibilities:
- OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
- Flexibility (able to take calls/meetings out of standard worktime).
- Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
