This Technical Program Management role will be focusing on building and expanding the Capacity Management program. The role will include the following responsibilities:
Track customers' production and non-production capacity requests and projections.Support expanding to new realms and regions.File tickets to ensure the tenancy limits are in good standing.Engage with various stakeholders to ensure capacity projections are up to date.Work with internal teams to make capacity reservations at the datacenter level.Produce detailed utilization and cost reports for senior leadership.Career Level: IC3
