We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead our optical module projects for the telecom and datacom industries at our Guadalajara facility. In this role, you will oversee all program-related activities for our optical products and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams both on-site and across various geographic locations to ensure successful program alignment and execution.

What You Will Do Collaborate with Molex Business Units' PMs to align on program requirements, deadlines, and customer expectations. Oversee all project phases—from planning to closing—related to Molex-GDL operations. Acquire deep operational knowledge of Molex-GDL to develop optimized schedules promptly. Adapt to changing customer requirements and update schedules swiftly. Build and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project. Align technical, operational, and quality teams internally to ensure deliverables meet customer specifications. Work with functional managers and site superintendents to secure necessary resources, adjusting as needed. Monitor production activities, identify issues, and escalate internally (Molex-GDL and Molex-USA) to resolve promptly. Track key customer builds and provide regular updates to the Molex US PM and customer interface leader. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and updates. Proactively resolve production issues by continuous risk monitoring and mitigation planning. Ensure adherence to Molex Product Development Process (PDP) and project procedures. Engage management support to address barriers and secure lead team support for project success. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Extensive background in Program Management of electronic products. Proficient in writing and speaking English and Spanish Experience with a Project Management software What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in science, Business or Engineering Proficient with Microsoft Project Working knowledge with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, visual basics) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
