.**Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree required.- 5+ years' experience managing projects or programs.- Good communication skills & solid financial acumen.- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar field, like Project Management- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Spanish & English- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers and customers.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.- Excellent people and process management skills- Outstanding customer (external and internal) relationship skills- Self-motivated, initiative personality and good team player**Summary**:Reporting to the Director of Program Management the Program Manager role involves being responsible for managing projects of high complexity to meet the performance indicators of cost, delivery, and quality.What a typical day looks like:- Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from quote, NPI, ramp-up and stable production.- Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.- Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.- Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.- Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.- Lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.- PM is responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.- As the owner of the account in the site, the PM focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.- Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.- Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements/Statement of Work (SOW) and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract.- Develop and maintain business relationship; Maximize customer satisfaction
