**A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
We're looking for a Program Manager to join us, where the individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product managers, functional departments, and other relevant teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Utilise data skills to analyse project metrics, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Proactively initiate and lead improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to elevate project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager at a high-growth tech company.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
