Grow your career as a **Program Manager Specialist** within **Trisept Solutions**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing the strategic programs and projects across Business Units. You will define and develop IT Program/project management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with Trisept Operating System and the ALG Hospitality group.

**A successful Program Manager will**:

- Ensure all projects are ran according to PMO best practices.
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Coordinate and deliver development of budget and operating plan for programs.
- Align project managers and Business Analyst on methods for prioritization, scope and other best practices.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Produce accurate and on time PMO scorecard to report program/projects status.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Facilitate programs status meetings and key stakeholder reviews.
- Provide notification of program milestone completions.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the PMO team.
- Elevate all critical issues and risks with suggested courses of action.
- Propose new initiatives that could help lowering costs, incrementing staff satisfaction or working more efficiently.
- Participate actively in innovation and evolution of technology across the group.
- Partner with other leaders and key stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize programs/projects based on predefined criteria
- Maintain the efficiency of best practices on important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, budget and risk assessment
- Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
- Conduct and participate in key program meeting reviews. Participates in innovation and technology evolution roadmap. Provides technical and analytical guidance to PMO team.
- Be responsible for managing some of the key and critical cross-companies projects when needed
- Any other responsibilities, activities or tasks identified by the IT Hospitality Keystone Lead or PMO in terms of growing and developing the organization.

- Ability to align with key stakeholders, IT and PMO teams in order to troubleshoot issues.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to identify problems and recognize important information with a clear understanding of the underlying links between the details.
- Ability finding the causes of problems to quickly identify and filter relevant information to solve them.
- Willing to travel, to support knowledge transfer on global projects.
