.The CompanyTeletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.The PositionWe're looking to add a Program Manager to join Teletrac Navman! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of related projects and initiatives within the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities, and ensure the successful delivery of programs that align with strategic objectives and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex challenges and stakeholders.Responsibilities and Duties:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for program initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.Program Governance: Establish governance structures, processes, and standards to ensure effective oversight and management of program activities.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, project teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for program objectives.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and other assets, to support program initiatives and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success, developing contingency plans and escalation paths as needed.Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Communication and Reporting: Communicate program status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, presentations, and other channels.Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with program initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance.Quality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements through effective oversight and quality assurance processes.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.QualificationsAt Teletrac Navman, we believe in your potential to make an impact.
