At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant!We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as aProgram ManagerProgram Manager, Emerging Partner Acceleration, Startups will be responsible for driving the entire partner lifecycle from strategy, to recruiting, integrations, launches, and partner sales.You will manage a diverse set of stakeholders ranging from product and solutions architects to sales, and your depth of experience in the Cloud ISV ecosystem gives you insights into the vendors and industry trends that will enable your success in driving partnerships.Responsibilities:·Manage 20+ partner relations and help on board on to the ISV solutions connect program.·Ensuring all ISV partners complete the Springboard Marketing BoM to the required standards and templates as a requirement of graduation.·Drive the development of the marketing GTM assets to be delivered in Sync with the delivery of the assets from the marketing agency (Allytics)·Publish all the assets to the various portals like YouTube and Seismic·Share the assets with the Springboard ISV.'·Track and publish the weekly and monthly metrics (with the Allytics agency team) the full status of all the ISVs in the process of completing the program.·Escalate any variances to the plan and our OKRs to the Springboard leadership team.·ISV startup web series planning·ISV using and publishing marketing plans via the Partner Marketing Studio·Manage the GTM strategy for all graduating Springboard partners - responsible for promoting the assets on various social platforms and driving engagement for the established partnership.·Work closely with the partner to align on their existing social campaigns and develop strategies to increase engagement for their solution.·Promote the partner videos on the Cloud YouTube channel, internally and externally, as well as on other social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter and Haiilo. Also maintain and update the tracker on social media posts. Monitor social media monthly metrics and ISV views and create visualizations that help measure business impact.·Main point of contact for partners after graduating from the Springboard Program.·Leading all the transition calls from the 3rd party vendor who helps create the video and into the GTM strategy call with partners.·Building and maintaining the Emerging Partner Springboard program website, the main landing page which is critical for internal stakeholders to gain more knowledge about the program and the existing partners and their solutions.
