ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.**The Role**:Be Responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and provide assistance to the Project Manager.- Assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manual- Assist with Project Reports- Assists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required- Management of Study Centres for study supplies/outstanding data- Quality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads- Updates and maintains Study Files including enrolment logs and data status- Maintains inventories of study supplies- Assists with scheduling of site Imaging manual trainings**To be successful in the role, you will have**:- Advanced level of English (Written and Spoken)- Good organization skills- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel- Strong administrative and office skills- Experience with constant reporting- Clinical Experience is a plus**Benefits of Working in ICON**:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
