**Project Control Specialist**:Mexico City - MexicoThe Project Controls Specialist is responsible for leading the project teams in Cost Control, Planning and Risk to ensure that the project objectives are met in terms of budget, on time delivery and to track and report on project deliverables and targets**Key Responsibilities & Activities**- Expedite and Run Reports on Documentation- Manage Project Action Register- Review as-sold budget against PO value and create MOC as needed.- Manage assigned team (project specific) for (planning, document control, risk) in achieving the project objectives, & assurance rigor- Responsible for integrity of data that is reported- Assist the Project Manager in all contractual matters including notices & variation orders- Review and manage of key vendors/fabricators schedules- Drive project deliverables, expedite team on critical activities per Plan- Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly reports for PMR- Participate in monthly project reviews including engaging with financial controller in developing a credible project forecast.- Tracking and monitoring project spend and reporting variances- Distribute man hour report to team- Identify Risks and Opportunities- Review project cash flow with Finance- Drive risk mitigation- Maintain Project Controls KPI's-Engineering, Procurement, Document Control, Cost, Schedule, and Risk- Manage the MOC process- Update Cash and Revenue milestones in SAP**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- Bachelor degree in Finance, Management or Engineering- Strong Planning and Scheduling background in Primavera- Min 6+ years of experience in EPC Oil and Gas projects working directly on projects.- Financial Background is a Plus- Advanced level of English- SAP knowledge- Strong Microsoft Excel experience, navigating large databases and ability to aggregate data for use to control the project- Understanding of the Oil and Gas industry in package and module fabrication (facility construction is plus)- Mexican permanent residence, work remotelySchlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
