**Project Coordinator**
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who wants to manage project launches, organize documentation, and facilitate operations for our OEM partners.
You will take your expertise in project management, customer service, and task coordination and use it to launch new products and help a team of Program Managers successfully run partner programs.
You will focus on making sure documentation is detailed, that our OEM operations run smoothly, and facilitating the team's projects for successful completion.

- Responsible for working with the OEM Program Management Team on our top programs and projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by organizing and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Manage a fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist in the design, development, launch, and operations of many OEM initiatives
- Lead some projects independently and eventually manage some OEM programs or projects
**You'll thrive in this role if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but 3-4 years of relevant work experience are acceptable substitutes
- 2+ years in project coordinating or management
- Related experience in account management or in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting expertise
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with a project management software preferred
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Software design and developmental knowledge preferred
