Scout Solar MX is a remote solutions company and a subdivision of the company based in Tempe, AZ. We specialize in the design, engineering, and construction of commercial-grade solar systems.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (C2 is a must, both spoken and written) _Please take the Indeed English assessment as we do take this metric into consideration very seriously_
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
- Organized
- Experienced in reading engineering blueprints
- Proactive
- Assertive
- Negotiating Skills
- Speaking skills (You will be making multiple outbound calls to suppliers and clients)
- Basic business knowledge
- Tourist Visa preferable
