**MEXICO CITY, MEXICO /****ORION INNOVATION /****PAYROLL****/ REMOTE**- As a Project coordinator, you'll be expected to support a project, or several projects/a program, within one of the KPMG International Portfolios. You'll be expected to utilize your business knowledge, and project management experience, to support administrative activities within each project/program.- It is expected to follow the in-house project lifecycle from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices and artifacts.**Responsibilities and Tasks**:- Meeting management- Ability to chair, set and manage a meeting agenda- Tracking/management of tasks, deadlines, ownership- Note taking- Project planning - track, manage and report on progress- People management - ability to effectively communicate with Stakeholders and team members- Schedule management- Risk management (need an understanding)- Presentation skills (PPT); ability to summarize and tell a story- Coordinate and facilitate core and extended project track meetings- Complying with all reporting requirements- Utilizing and ensuring project adherence to KPMG standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle.- Administrative support within a project/program.**Expected Skills**:- 3-5yrs of experience- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio and Clarizen- Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing projects and programs- Self-motivated and output focused.
