The discipline contributes to the effective running of projects and comprises responsibility for, but not limited to cost performance status and financial reporting.**Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities**- Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate and cost effective management and delivery of the cost control activities within assigned projects- Establish and maintain project coding WBS/NWA structure- Interface with budget owners to review budgets and commitments and challenge their forecasts- Prepare cost and financial input to the PMSR (Project Monthly Status Report)- Analyze variances from As Sold to Current Estimate At Completion (EAC) by building a detailed monthly analysis of variances from prior forecast- Perform monthly accounting closing and post project cost accruals and unbilled Revenue in SAP- Prepare and issue all project invoices and maintain invoice register updated. Prepare the Revenue Reconciliation monthly- Prepare project cash flows in support of the Group's Treasury requirements for cash flow forecasting**KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**- Master (or Bachelor) degree qualified ideally in Cost Management, Finance or Engineering- Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with numbers manipulation- Strong Excel knowledge- Strong communication skills- Ability to proactively look for and identify improvement solutions- A high attention to detail and a fundamental desire for delivering the best possible product at all time, including the ability to deal efficiently with priorities and manage time appropriately**LOCATION**Merida, Yucatán- This Job Description must not be interpreted as a complete summary of job responsibilities or limitation of job holder accountability.
