Proposals should cover needs to reach annual and strategic plan targets, to match production growth, to assure business continuity.Help assigned factories and distilleries to generate and transform ideas to execution projects that add or improve key deliverables on:Yield (honey/juice extraction, fermentation, and distillation process)New equipment (OEE, set-up time)Energy & water efficiencyAdditional capacityTrack the capital expenditure and related projects along the year (for assigned sites/projects) to avoid delays and late result delivery.Drive the preparation of technical specification for new equipment or important modifications.
