**Main Responsibilities**
1. Focal point for technical issues/coordination between EPC and Owner Furnished Equipment suppliers
2. Participate in project safety program through safety walks, attending safety reviews, and providing safety input into designs, procedures, and activities
3. Manage liquefaction scope RFI process between EPC and Owner Furnished Equipment suppliers
4. Review drawings issued by EPC and equipment suppliers
5. Identify quality issues related to defective or non conforming workmanship or materials
6. Work closely with construction team to ensure that contractors produce the required quality of work in line with project drawings and specifications
8. Attend kick-off and review meetings while interacting with EPC Contractors
9. Support systems completion process including completion of ITRs and PLIs
10. Ensure punch list items are prepared, collated and cleared expediently
11. Support commissioning activities for liquefaction systems
12. Ensure systems are complete and pre-requisites have been completed
13. Coordinate interfaces as required
14. Support management of change processes
15. Review installation plans, documents, and requirements specific to area of responsibility and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to construction team
16. Actively support constructability program and communicate constructability issues to discipline engineers
17. Understand industry standards, applicable regulatory codes and requirements, and company standards
18. Assist in development and review of turnover dossiers
19. Attend project progress meetings and deliver a status of site engineering activities
20. Build relationship with contractor project engineering counterparts
21. Understand contractual requirements and communicate these to team
22. Actively support safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
2. 2-3 years of experience with design, construction, or operation of petrochemical infrastructure
3. Broad base of general engineering knowledge including mechanical, electrical, and I&C
4. Team player with a mindset to work with a global team and with diverse cultures
5. Experience working on projects with multiple interfaces
6. Able to read detailed construction drawings and specifications detailing the system design, including P&IDs and one lines
7. Excellent technical, practical, and communication skills
8. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
9. Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities
10. Strong organization and follow-through skills
11. Effective communication and presentation skills
12. Highly proficient in spoken and written English
