Manages the project team and maintains records of key project milestones, necessary decisions, roadblocks, risks, and resource assessments. Provides periodic communication to stakeholders and leadership through project planning and dashboard creation. This role typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience.This role involves coordinating the efforts of cross-functional team members, including engineers, subject matter experts, and external integrators, to ensure the successful implementation of VAVE projects. The Project Engineer will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment, focusing on delivering results that enhance productivity and product quality and performance.QualificationsMust demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, project management skills, time and task management, project planning skills (including Gantt chart creation), and fluent English communication skills.General engineering skills are desirable, such as:A3 form for problem-solving methodology8D supportDrawing interpretationDriving a DRBFM (Design Review by Failure Mode) & DVP (Design Validation Plan) meetingDFA (Design for Assembly) / DFM (Design for Manufacturing) CAD models (Sub-assemblies & FGs)Driving engineering changes (ECR/ECN)Food safety knowledge (NSF requirements & design impacts)Electrical safety knowledge (UL/CE requirements & design impacts)Sheet metal clearance design and tolerancesInjection molding design and toolingFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
