Provides the organization with support for material readiness for pre-production builds projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities focused on providing existing and purchased components from global suppliers for all the ESB/QB/QB to be used on NPD, PSE, VE projects when needed.
- Provide OPS deliverables as required.
- Leads the execution, approval and follow up of risk buy for components and subcomponents.
- Completes all required reports and registers for the project execution.
- Presents information in meetings when required.
- Support activities related to department´s processes documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities promoted by the plant.
- Schedule pre-production builds for the supported projects aligning to facility production plan.
- Attend conference calls with PRC and BRK colleagues.
- Understand, document and share lessons learned from supported projects.
- Follow up supply chain from the purchase, the logistics and the arrival of preproduction events of the supported projects.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to execute their task to ensure operations readiness.
Qualification, Knowledge & Academic Requirements
- 1-2 years in similar position.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
