Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.Responsibilities:Job purpose: Its purpose is the continuous improvement of production processes in the plant, through redesigning processes, implementing technology, innovating solutions in tooling, safety guards, ergonomics, software, etc., while ensuring safe working conditions for operators in each station and promoting improvements in efficiency, time reduction, energy savings, etc., in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the installed production capacity.Main responsibilities:Design and improve guards and safety devices for machines, to maintain a safe work environment for the operator.Systematically review and improve work methods and document improvements in Standard Operating Procedures, informing stakeholders and updating documents in the QMS, with the aim of driving efficiency and continuous improvement in productive operations.Define, design and keep updated the appropriate measurement instruments and methods used within production processes; document changes to theStandard Operating Procedure and update the procedures in the QMS.Design production tooling, assembly devices, pokayokes, gages, etc., to help keep processes updated based on the technology available on the market.Coordinate with plants in the USA the actions required in cases of product transfer, knowing the structure of the organization, the products, customers and the manufacturing process of the products.Actively participate in new projects: layouts, start-up of new equipment and in the training of personnel in the operation of the machines, devices, tools and tooling involved in the process
