Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (duration as per local country policy) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.**This position reports to**:Customer Support Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Develop a tool using the systems to analyze how long it takes us to process orders.- Develop a tool (Power BI) to see which purchase orders have not been made and which orders we have not updated.- Develop a tool using the information from the system to alert APMs that we have not sent invoices and that invoices have discrepancies.- Develop a tool to streamline the time we take processing orders from the 2210 business.- Work hand in hand with the APMs to analyze the information generated by the order reports to promote ideas that can help us automate and streamline the processes.**Your background**:- Active student of a related bachelor's degree- Microsoft office 360- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- SQL- Databases Database management for information storage and data manipulation.- Power BI: Visual interpretation for data analysis.**More about us**:
