What You'll Do
Project Leaders manage teams comprised of Consultants and Associate Consultants who design and develop long-term strategies, advise clients on a diverse set of complex issues, and address specific challenges facing their business.
What You'll Bring
- 2 - 3+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, and/or 2 -3+ years of line management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and an analytic mindset. Must be able to understand and employ a variety of analytical tools to study markets and market segments, develop frameworks and hypotheses, quantify strategic options, and assess their effectiveness.
- Expert communication and presentation skills. Project Leaders must synthesize their team's work into recommendations for presentation to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to client management.
- Intellectual curiosity, coupled with a drive to figure things out, get things done, and have an impact at the organizational level.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills. Must be able to track multiple deliverables and priorities, and seamlessly shift gears to address new developments and issues as they emerge.
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
BCG consultants work on varied projects across topics and industries, analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our clients.
You'll collaborate with BCG team members from many backgrounds and disciplines in a team-oriented, relationship-driven environment. Working alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government and society, you will increase your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives, and develop new skills. At the same time, you'll partner with senior clients, taking on the role of trusted advisor, and work at all levels of the client organization to find and execute value creation strategies that result in meaningful, enduring impact.
