Project Management Assistant - Contractors Support

The PMA is a key role, working closely with the contractors and various Luxoft departments, providing support and assistance in all aspects of the contractor lifecycle in the company.
**Responsibilities**:- Contractor onboarding/transfers/ offboarding in Luxoft internal systems- Coordination of the hiring process in various countries- New joiners accommodation - stakeholders notification, placing, raising all appropriate start requests, providing guidance on immediate new joiner's questions- Contractors' data maintenance in internal tools**Skills**:Must have- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to learn quickly- Ability to work under challenging deadlines, very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities- Ability to work on own initiative- Great organization skills- Problem-solving skillsNice to haveConfluence, Atlassian Jira**Languages**:English: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:RegularVacancy SpecializationPMARef NumberVR-94336
